By using myestimate.ai (including pricemyroof.app), you agree to these terms. They are written in plain English so homeowners know what the site does — and does not — promise.
Estimates only — not binding quotes
This site provides estimates only. Numbers you see are ballpark figures to help you plan. They are not a binding quote, contract, or guarantee of price. A final price, if any, comes only after we review your job and confirm details with you.
You enter the measurements
Roof size, lineal feet (LF), and other measurements are entered by you (the homeowner) or based on information you provide. If those inputs are incomplete or inaccurate, the estimate will be too.
How prices are built
Estimated prices are based on component costs plus a disclosed margin (gross profit). Material and labor costs can change. We may update pricing data on the site without notice. Treat every figure as an estimate that may change before any work is scheduled.
No manufacturer affiliation
myestimate.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Owens Corning, GAF, CertainTeed, Malarkey, Atlas, or any other manufacturer. Brand and product names appear only so you can choose options for an estimate.
Acceptable use
Please use the site only for legitimate homeowner estimate requests. Do not:
- Submit false contact information or spam leads
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or abuse the site or API
- Use the site for anything unlawful
We may refuse or ignore requests that look abusive or fraudulent.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on an estimate, or for differences between an estimate and a later quote, bid, or job cost. The site is provided as-is for informational estimating only.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
