This policy explains what myestimate.ai collects when you use our estimate site (including pricemyroof.app) and how we use it. We keep this short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
On the lead form we ask for:
- Full name
- Street address, city, state, and ZIP
- Phone number
- Email address
When you build an estimate, we also collect the details you enter for that estimate (for example service type, product choices, roof size or lineal feet, and related options).
How we use it
We use this information to:
- Provide ballpark roof and gutter estimates
- Contact you about roofing or gutter work related to your request
- Send email alerts to our team so we can follow up on leads
Where it is stored
During the estimate flow, your details may be kept in your browser session (for example local storage) so you can move between steps without re-entering everything. When you submit, the information is sent to our server for lead follow-up.
We do not sell personal information
We do not sell your personal information. We use it to run the estimate tool and to follow up on requests you start.
Third parties we rely on
Soft-launch services that may process data on our behalf:
- Railway — hosting the site and API
- Resend — email alerts to our team
- Twilio (optional / later) — SMS verification or lead alerts if enabled
These providers process data only as needed to provide their services for us.
